1. What data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the site's contact form: name and company, phone number, email address and the message content. We do not request special categories of data and we do not collect data without your knowledge.
2. Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed for a single purpose: to respond to your request and provide the information or proposal you asked for. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing communications (art. 6(1)(f)). We do not carry out marketing without your specific consent.
3. How we process the data
The data sent through the form is transmitted by email to the Controller. The site does not store it in any database and does not use it for profiling or automated decision-making. We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
4. Data recipients
Your data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties. It may be processed — only within the technical limits needed to send and receive email — by our hosting and email service provider, appointed as data processor.
5. Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
6. Transfers outside the EU
No transfer of data to countries outside the European Union is envisaged. Should a provider entail such a transfer, it would only occur with adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Your rights
As data subjects you may exercise at any time the rights set out in arts. 15-22 of the GDPR:
- access to your data and information about the processing;
- rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of data (the «right to be forgotten»);
- restriction of, and objection to, the processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent, where given, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise them, simply write to ldsoftware@ldsoftware.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Nature of provision
Providing the data is optional. However, failing to provide the data marked as required in the form prevents us from acting on your request.
9. Cookies
This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics, statistics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or similar). No browsing data is collected for advertising purposes.
Only technical cookies essential to the site's proper functioning are used, where necessary: for these, under current law, no consent is required.
10. Changes to this policy
The Controller may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or the site. Updated versions are published on this page, with the date of last update.
